也是莫名被砍,然后发邮件问客服凭什么砍我的单,然后客服回复说会重新恢复订单,但至今还是取消状态,刚又发邮件去催了。之前bbb回复如下∶ Your order will be recreated with the correct information. Once the order is recreated we will proceed with processing. Once confirmed shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
