我可能运气好:Excuse me, why is the total payment changed into 467.36EUR? When I place my order, the total charge is 403.19EUR. You have charged me 64.17EUR more. Why does AMAZON modify the order without any contacts with me?
再说下我的情况。从下单到现在给法亚发了四封邮件。第一封是说不走香港,客服说一定不走,结果走了;第二封问会不会多扣钱,客服说一定不会,结果多扣了;第三封是问为什么私自更改订单多扣钱,很干脆的回答三到五天退回多扣的;第四封是在昨晚莫名其妙订单不见了,只能通过邮件链接查看到,就写邮件说明问题请求帮助,法亚道歉承认系统问题,承诺尽快恢复,并且联系了UPS尽快给我送货,同时还把50多欧元邮费退给我!
今早给法亚发邮件问为啥私自改订单。法亚很干脆的回复退款。Following your email, I have requested a refund to bank account of your payment card in the amount of 64.17 euro.
Refunds usually go through within 3 to 5 business days and you will see this amount credited on your next statement.
Please note that you may also view refunds in "Votre compte" (your account). Click the yellow button "Gérez vos commandes" and then click "Visualiser la commande" (view order) for the order you're interested in. On the order summary page, any refunds will be located under payment information.
