6pm发错地址,承诺退款又不退!
2013年12月,我在6pm 上买了一双39.99美元的靴子送给老婆,结果过了1个月都没有发到转运仓库.
6pm告诉我货发错地址了并且将退款给我.到现在为止6pm也没有退款给我.结果是12.29货物就发到仓库 了。导致了50美元的仓储费用
求助,我该怎么办.

We're very sorry that your order #168413798 was delivered to the wrong address, Tiny. We have contacted UPS to open an investigation for you. UPS has advised that the investigation can take around 8 business days to complete. Please note that the driver may contact you at the phone number you provided in your shipping information and/or come by your location to speak with you and get more details.
Unfortunately, we do not have an exact replacement available to send you. We have gone ahead and issued a refund to your original method of payment in the amount of $39.99. Effective immediately, you will be able to log into your 6pm.com account online to confirm the refund issued. Please note it may take your bank 2-10 business days to post this refund back to your account (up to 30 days if your bank is internationally-based).
