没收到东西。求个退款退货教程,谢谢大家了。。。
他们不同意退回。。。也不同意下新的订单。不知道事情到我这里就变得和大家解决方式不一样了。
从15号等到20号。DHL说亚马逊从来没有联系过他们,还在等的朋友们,说实话放弃吧。因为亚马逊什么都没做。不可能有结果的。
20号最后期限到了,亚马逊又说你再等到12月15号吧。
真的已经受不了放弃了。
求一个退款的教程吧,一直卡在海关里,需要我支付邮费么?谢谢大家了

真的是没戏了,放弃吧。代理公司还要3C认证。

The reason why we ask you to wait until the 5 December 2015 , is because the shipment might be merely late, but will reach you before a replacement order would. Actually, we wouldn’t want you to end up with 2 parcels and having to go through our return process to return one of them.
