We had a huge number of orders from China after being mentioned in some Chinese websites, and we've had to produce more stock to be able to fulfil orders. These will be getting sent from Canada to Hong Kong, and will then be sent by a tracked service from Hong Kong to you. The shipment to Hong Kong should be today.
We sent an email to all affected email addresses on December 1st, but I've just seen that your email was bounced back by your Internet Service Provider.
As an apology for the delay, all the delayed orders have had an extra free item put in.
I hope this hasn't put you off ordering from DECIEM in the future. Normally orders to China get shipped from the UK, and are normally sent on the same day as they are ordered.
