我用了3张不同银行的信用卡,两张填的转运地址,一张填的真实国内地址,结果都给我发邮件,要求我打电话,为什么?很郁闷!今天早上收到银行发的短信,钱已经扣走了,但是上官网查询,订单状态依然是“Being Processed ”,为什么啊?
求教——为什么我下单后,收到邮件,让我打电话确认?邮件内容——Please call us at your earliest convenience at 1.800.946.3482 and select prompt #3, so that we can process your order. (International callers outside the U.S., please call us at 860.510.7300 and
take prompt #3 for a customer care representative.) It will only take a few minutes.
Please reference your order number which is located in the subject line of this email.
