原来如此。。我把漏水漏到整张床都湿的照片都发给他了，然而他还是要我补发 。我英语太渣了，求下你这句话怎么发的“我回邮件跟他说中国到德国这么鬼远，我知道怎么把东西弄回去，邮费划不来。直接跟他说我只想要哥好的枕头而且不会支付额外的费用。然后他就发货给我了。”万分感激

你确定不用退吗。。我收到的邮件是说要退回去，不然30天没收到会扣我款。。我觉得退回去好麻烦啊，你怎么和客服说到能不退的。。。
