You are not required to provide your Alipay account. Borderfree will
contact Alipay regarding the credit request. Please allow more time for
them to process the credit request.
Regarding the pick up request, I've sent a note to Borderfree for them
to disregard the request since you're willing to keep the merchandise.

客服会联系Borderfree,然后Borderfreege给我邮件,附件有商业发票,dhl的两联什么东西,然后联系DHL寄出就行了。邮费他们出,商品全款和关税也会退给我。不过,收到Borderfree邮件后,我懒了,不想寄出去了。就要了退差价,梅西退了20%给我,我觉着还行,就接受了。
用当时买东西的邮箱(我是支付宝账号邮箱)发邮件给这个InternationalCustomerService@Macys.com,说明下情况。或者macys官网上有关于商品损坏的调查表,我填了那个客服也联系我了。两个方法都行。
