In order to use your Samsung Galaxy z Fold 2 worldwide please insert a European SIM card and make a phone call within Europe* lasting at least for 5 minutes. Once this is completed, you are able to use your smartphone also with a non-European SIM card.
If you cannot unlock your smartphone following the steps above, we can create an activation code for you. Please provide the following information:
- IMEI number
- Country
- Your network provider of the non-European SIM card (optional)
- Copy of the receipt including date of purchase
After we receive this information from you, the code can be generated. As this procedure may take a few days we kindly ask for your patience. We will send you your activation code as soon as it is available.
