我也是UPS9月24日在上海中转站扫描,然后昨天无意中查了下我Gmail的垃圾邮件,居然发现22日有封通关网的邮件被归为垃圾邮件了,让我填中文的地址姓名和联系电话,怪不得一直没反应了

我是8月28日的单子,预计9月12号到,在9月10日的时候还是没在UPS上查到单号,发了邮件去追,回复我等到12号,
没有提再等等这回事。到13号我又发邮件去问,直接回复我说丢了,并且没办法重发,直接退款了。

我后来重新买的还是满150包邮的啊!那个折扣是不能用,但是会把折扣减掉的钱重新生成一个新的折扣到你的账户里,至少我是这么处理的。
顺便说一下,今天查UPS,居然发现说丢单的那笔居然已经到达中国了,白送,哈哈
