芝麻信用评估
芝麻信用评分是合法独立的信用评估及信用管理机构，授权后得到分数越高，代表信用越好

老夫碰到过，百度不管用，后来google了一下解决了。因为onedrive被墙了然后卡死那里就哭去吧，等多久都难出来，有个方法试试吧：
login to the affected account
Press Windows Key + r
Type:
taskkill /f /im restoreoptin.exe
Open Charm menu (windows key + C), select "Settings", then Change PC Settings
Select Skydrive
Modify the File Storage, Camera Roll, and Sync Settings (not sure which one does the trick)
logout & log back in
you should no longer be prompted with the blank 'please wait' screen
大概意思是 登陆系统，按alt+tab，确保不是这个蓝界面，然后同时按win+r；在英文输入法下输入taskkill /f /im restoreoptin.exe，因为有那个大蓝框你看不见输入的，全靠感觉，那个蓝框框应该就没了..... 然后机智的把onedrive停用，或者直接停用live帐号登陆吧.....
