There is a problem with the card you used to sign-up for your Amazon Prime free trial and your free trial benefits have been suspended. We require a valid card when you sign-up for a free trial to ensure that your membership can upgrade to the annual paid plan at the end of the trial period.
If you don't update your card information in the next 30 days, your Amazon Prime free trial will be canceled. To update your payment information and restart your Amazon Prime benefits, please follow these steps:
1. Go to https://go.smzdm.com/db411df814a99b45/ca_aa_pl_0_0_0_0_0_0.
2. Click on Your Account at the top of any page.
3. Click "Manage Prime Membership" under "Settings".
4. Sign in with the e-mail address and password you used to sign up for Amazon Prime.
5. Click the Edit button next to "Preferred renewal payment method".
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your card or choose a different one.
A charge can be declined for a variety of reasons. For more information on why the charge was declined, please contact the bank that issued your card.
