I’m sorry you have concerns about the LEGO® Ideas set 21303 WALL·E.
The issue mentioned on LEGO fan sites of WALL·E’s head falling down only affects sets made in North America. The LEGO pieces for those sets came from a different factory to the bricks found in other sets.
In North American sets, we’ve found that two pieces in the neck don’t have the right amount of clutch power. The combination of these pieces means WALL·E’s head sometimes falls down instead of staying where it should.
Sets from outside of North America don’t have this issue and we hope you enjoy building LEGO WALL·E.
