关于收了预付款,无法下单的情况,我发了email给客服:i am a customer from china. i try to place an order at timberland.com ,Unfortunately the payment about this order was not successful but the Payment amount was charged twice . so i want to know what's happen about this deal. by the way ,i placed order successful with same payment method for several time**efore. so plesae help me to check my account and deal with issue . thank you

马蛋的,对国卡不友好!! 今天支付4次,2次预扣款成功,但无订单号生成,2次直接失败。paypal也不支持国内的,没辙了。只能坐等预付款一个月期限结束了。同样遭遇的朋友不用着急,如果没有订单号生成的话,代表交易失败,商家应该不会扣款,等1个月后该笔信用就会释放了。但恶心的时同样的地址,同样的信用卡,同样的网站,去年黑五的时候下单相当顺利,这次怎么这操行?
