I bought a pair of shoes in your online store, the order number is XXXX. After I got this mail, I flew to my motherland, China, immediately. But now I find that I got a pair of "right" shoes! How an unacceptable mistake!
I'll never back to US because I had gratuated. But I really love Timerland, love those shoes. So can you ship me a pair of "left" shoes? I'd like to pay for the new order with the pair of left shoes. You can ship to my friend who still living in US.
Or you have any feasible solution? Let me know.
