BINDAREE Beef Group has finalised its deal with one of China’s largest meat processors, Shandong Delisi Food Co, which will see Delisi invest $140 million in Bindaree in exchange for a 45 percent shareholding in the company. Expansion plans are on the horizon again for Bindaree Beef after Hong Kong’s wealthy Hui family this week bought a 51 per cent stake in the northern NSW group in partnership with Beijing-based equity fund, Archstone Investment.

The McDonald family’s Bindaree Beef Group (BBG> is Australia’s fourth largest beef processor, which owns the Inverell abattoir in North West NSW and North Star’s “Myola” feedlot. BBG chairman JR McDonald said Shandong Delisi was an ideal partner for Bindaree, as it was a leader in its markets and would provide significant short and long-term strategic opportunities for the company.
“Delisi’s deep expertise in meat sales and processing, its premium and trusted brands and established distribution channels open up new avenues for BBG to leverage China’s growing appetite for beef protein,” Mr McDonald said.

一个是荣耀的做工，第二个46mm戴着太笨重，42mm显得更精致

也就和santal一个水平，不值这个价。另外，汇源也不错，就是汇源保质期有些低，基本6个月以上就有怪味。
