i am refunding for every phone purchased because our first shipment (which ha**een the cause of delay was stolen by the person who was delivering them to the USPS. this is what we have been working to determine. I am working with the police in several cities in KY to file charges. Rather than mail the phones he mailed paper. On the 30th I realized somethign fishy and began investigation. just found out paper had been mailed last night. BUT no matter what it is my reputation and as you can see before i sold the phones I had a great reputation and I am embarrassed abotu this whole situation. I am doing all I can to prosecute and do what is right by my customers.
