一直是in process 状态,昨天上午给客服去了一份邮件,今天上午收到回复,主要部分如下:
Your order i**eing fulfilled directly from the vendor’s warehouse so we do not have an immediate update on the status. Generally speaking, once an item has met or exceeded its quoted processing time it actually has already shipped and is in route to you.
We have requested an update from the vendor on the current status of your order and once we have additional information we will email and/or call you, whichever you prefer, as soon as the information we have requested for you becomes available.
