直接退的运费，我没有重新下单也没退订单

我也是已经扣款准备发货状态，我没码客服都直接给我退款了~

跟客服沟通说招行卡付款免邮费，我的订单没有免，能不能给我更改下，客服直接就答应给我操作了，已经收到退款邮件~
