The package is only 15.90 ozs according to the Ups ,it is just the weight for a pair of shoes
I think it was not been stolen,because the packaging was in good condition when I sign for it
But I found there is only a pair of shoes in it when I open it
So,i think you may not deliver the shoes size US9.5 to me
