While your order has been cancelled, it may take up to 5-10 business days for any authorisation to expire. Please contact your financial institution for their exact timeframes as these may vary.

Dear Manager
I had purchased this computer on 15/09. today I received this email that cancelled the order due to "pricing error." What specifically does that mean? Was the pricing error in your favor or mine? If in my favor would you have refunded or cancelled this order if it was in your favor? I tried to reach customer service and discuss the specifics and got absolutely no response whatsoever. Really, this is abhorrent customer service! I'm dumbfounded that I am in this position...If I purchased a computer (and you actually delivered on the transaction) would you then decide to cancel the warranty if the cost was too burdensome?

I need to fully understand why this transaction was cancelled. If not, I'd like you to deliver the product as I ordered or incent me to purchase a different computer.
