Unfortunately, based on the high rate of confirmed fraud orders that have shipped to the same shipping address you are using we have made a business decision to no longer honor any additional shipments to this address. We understand this is an inconvenience, but to protect our interest we needed to take this action.
This was a tough decision for us to make and the matter was not taken lightly. As a business some decisions may not satisfy all of our customers, but it is a necessary decision that needs to be made. The decision does not reflect any action that you’ve taken and there was no wrong doing on your end. The decision was solely based on the history of fraud orders connected with the freight forwarding company’s shipping address.
