以后建议少找客服要refund.
10单其中有4单有refund,2个退差价,2个退邮费,而且退邮费都不是主动的,联系客服说只是问问情况,但客服立马主动退...。
还好只是警告,没有关闭账户。
看下面的邮件
搜索过,美国本土也有好多收到这样的邮件,而且客服没有权利更改,好像是亚马逊的规则,类似京东的黑号。
好多人是直接就把账户关闭。
