给我的砍单理由是 Cancel Reason: Technical Problem，说不会扣款 We're writing to inform you that your order has been canceled. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. In most cases, you pay for items when we ship them to you, so you won't be charged for items that are canceled.*

我没有注册那个网站，直接下的单，下单的时候是预计6月20号发货，25号左右的时候我看还没发货以为被砍单了，就打电话去询问，准备让他们帮我恢复gc，可是客服查询后告诉我，我的订单要7月10号发货，目前还在等待中。
