西集网的客服主动联系了我，后来核实的结果是，我的耳机是美国供货商在欧洲采购的，所以在美国官网验证才出现了以上问题。我的s/n码在欧洲官网上已经通过验证了，我自己通过连接也注册成功了。
他们也出示了采购单据。对比我之前在日亚购买的QC15从做工音效上看确实是正品。整个过程客服都挺负责和配合的。郁闷的心情终于消除了。
